1960年代のアメリカ陸軍（U.S. Army）で使用されていたOG-107ファティーグパンツを細かく研究し、当時のデザインやシルエット、独特の雰囲気を忠実に再現したモデルです。
orSlowの定番モデル「US ARMY FATIGUE PANTS（5002）」と比較して、より深い股上と、わたりから裾にかけてゆとりを持たせたワイドなシルエットが特徴です。ヴィンテージのファティーグパンツに見られる、無骨でゆったりとしたバランスを再現しています。
カラーは、定番5002のアーミーグリーンよりも深みのある、ダークトーンのアーミーグリーンを採用。当時のヴィンテージミリタリーウェアを思わせる、落ち着いた独特の色合いに仕上げています。
素材には、1960年代のアメリカ陸軍のヴィンテージウェアを研究し、糸の段階から独自に開発したムラ糸を使用して織り上げた、orSlowオリジナルのリバースサテン生地を使用しています。
当時のリバースサテン特有の風合いを再現するため、糸の太さやムラの出方、織り組織に至るまで細部にこだわって開発しています。
着用と洗濯を繰り返すことで、生地が徐々に柔らかくなり、自然な色落ちや不規則なムラが現れます。 長年穿き込まれたヴィンテージファティーグパンツのような経年変化を楽しむことができます。
Inspired by authentic OG-107 fatigue pants worn by the U.S. Army during the 1960s, this model was carefully developed to faithfully recreate the original design, silhouette, and distinctive character of vintage military trousers from that era.
Compared to orSlow's classic US Army Fatigue Pants (5002), the Vintage Fit features a deeper rise and a wider silhouette, with more room from the thighs down to the hems. These proportions faithfully capture the relaxed, rugged appearance of original vintage U.S. Army fatigue pants.
The color is a deeper, darker shade of army green compared to the standard 5002, carefully selected to reflect the distinctive appearance of authentic vintage military clothing.
The fabric is orSlow's original reverse sateen, woven using specially developed slub yarns inspired by authentic 1960s U.S. Army fabrics.
To recreate the distinctive character of vintage military reverse sateen, particular attention was given to yarn thickness, natural irregularities, and weave construction, resulting in a fabric with a rich, authentic texture.
With repeated wear and washing, the fabric gradually softens and develops natural fading and subtle variations in color, creating the distinctive aged appearance of vintage U.S. Army fatigue pants.
